Bridgette, I am really out of shape. Can you still help me or am I a lost cause?
No, you are not a lost cause! We may have to take things a little slower at the start, but you will be surprised at how quickly you progress and feel better. If you are dedicated and really do want to improve your fitness level, then I will help you meet your goals.

Bridgette, I have knee and back pains. Can you we still workout together?
Yes, we can. There are many different exercises. We can still improve your fitness levels while avoiding any exercises that will aggravate your back or knees. Depending on the cause(s) of your back and knee pains, we can develop a workout plan that can help reduce or eliminate your pain.

Bridgette, I am not very athletic. Can you still work with me and help me to be more fit and to lose weight?
Yes, of course I can help you to loose weight. We would need to get together so that I can review your fitness levels, then we will work together to develop and utilize a workout program that will help you to loose weight. As long as you are willing to put in the work and follow the program, you will loose weight and improve your fitness levels. You do not have to be athletic to improve your fitness levels. There are many different types of exercises. Different people adapt well to some exercises, but not to others, so we will utilize those exercises that best meet your strength, flexibility, and fitness levels. Just about everyone will benefit by working with me as long as your are dedicated to improve.

Bridgette, I have been exercising, but can't seem to loose any weight. Can you help?
Yes, I can help you. Sometimes it is something as easy as just switching up your workout routine, but most of the time, you don't loose weight because you are not doing the exercise that your body needs to help you loose weight. I can work with you to help develop an exercise program tailored to your fitness levels. The program would include an exercise routine plus advice on nutrition and eating. The exercise program and nutrition changes will help you to loose weight as long as you stay with the program.
