There are many different reasons why people choose to incorporate physical fitness into their lives; whether it is simply to lose weight, gain muscle size or to generally improve their well-being. Whatever the reason, every person’s body is built different, therefore, it reacts to all exercises differently and at different rates.
Each of the exercise routines that I develop are geared toward the individual needs and goals of my client.
Setting goals is the first step in beginning a workout program. I sit down with each client to determine their specific goals. I can then develop a program that will help to ensure these goals are met.
Exercises will work the entire body focusing on core strength, large muscle groups, balance, and flexibility.
