Why Do I need a Personal Trainer?
There are lots of reasons to have a Personal Trainer. The main reasons are that a Personal Trainer provides motivation and the knowledge that you need to successfully achieve your fitness and performance goals. Most people do not have the experience or the knowledge to design an effective workout or performance improving program - that's where the Personal Trainer comes in.
Who should hire a Personal trainer?
Anyone that needs help designing and implementing a fitness or performance improvement program to meet their individual needs. Sometimes it is very difficult to exercise on your own. A personal trainer will also help motivate you to want to exercise.
What kind of training will be involved?
Our first workout/meeting together will help me to access your strengths, weaknesses, fitness levels, and goals. We can then develop a program that will best fit your needs. A training program is very individualized, but depending on your needs and goals, training could consist of, aerobics, strength training, plyometrics, stretching, flexibility, and others.
Where will we train?
We can train in a gym, in my studio, or in your home. I am very flexible about where we train as long as there is a good, safe atmosphere and the equipment that we need - we can train almost anywhere. In fact, depending on the training program, some of the training can even take place outside in the park or at an outdoor athletic facility.
When can we train together?
I am very flexible about training. We can workout together at just about anytime of the day or week that meets our joint schedules.

How long are train sessions?
Training sessions are individualized, but in general, training sessions last for about one hour. If, for some reason, you need to workout longer then that, we can make arrangements to do so.
How often should we workout together?
If you also workout on your own throughout the week, then we should meet once per week. If you do not workout on your own, we should meet 1 - 2 times per week.
If I lift weights with you will I get big, unwanted muscle (In general for women)?
No. In general, the workout programs that I design for women do not include heavy weight lifting. The weight lifting that we do will make you firmer and more shapely.
